Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Chung TKD sign-in account and linked authentication profile from inside the app.

Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to the Chung TKD app.
2. Open the account menu and choose Delete account.
3. Read the data-handling explanation and acknowledge that the request is not an immediate purge of school records.
4. Choose Request account deletion.

The request enters an owner review queue. Your access remains active while it is pending. If the account is the last active owner, another owner must be appointed before completion.

Timing and confirmation

The school completes ordinary account-deletion requests within 30 days. If a legal-retention, identity-verification, or ownership-transfer issue requires more time, the school will explain the reason and provide an updated expected completion date. When deletion is completed, the school will send confirmation to the verified phone number or other verified contact method on file. Make sure your contact information is current before requesting deletion.

What completion does

After owner review, completion anonymizes and disables the authentication profile, removes its family link, changes its credentials, and revokes every active session.

What may remain

Account deletion does not automatically erase attendance, waiver, billing, safeguarding, audit, or other school business records. Those records may remain when needed for school operations, safety, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Contact the school using the phone number below. The school will verify your identity before acting on an account request.
