Support for the Chung TKD web and iPhone service is provided directly by the school.

Sign-in and password help

• Confirm that you are using the username issued by an authorized school owner.
• If the app asks you to change a temporary password, choose a new password only on the secure Chung TKD sign-in screen.
• Never send a password, temporary password, session token, or one-time code by text or ordinary email.
• If you are locked out, call or text the school. An authorized owner can verify your identity and issue account recovery.

Report a problem

When you contact the school, describe the screen, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen. Do not include a child’s full record, a password, or sensitive waiver or payment information in an ordinary text message.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the account-deletion instructions. If you cannot sign in, call or text so the school can verify your identity.
