SMS Terms of Service

These SMS-specific terms apply to recurring Chung informational and, when separately accepted, promotional text messages.

Program description

Chung TKD Family Communications is offered by Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do using messaging services operated by Pillars Studio LLC. Informational texts may include class reminders, schedule changes, attendance or account notices, school closures, and service updates. Promotional texts may include offers for classes, camps, events, trials, merchandise, and seasonal promotions.

Eligibility and consent

The program is for adults who provide a mobile number they are authorized to use. Informational and promotional texts use separate optional consent choices. Promotional texts require prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking, enrollment, or receiving school services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on school activity, subscriber activity, and the consent categories selected. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for pricing and limits.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe from SMS sent by the Chung program. A single final confirmation may be sent. No further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. STOP applies even if you previously selected more than one SMS category.

Reply HELP for help. You may also call or text (516) 457-1893 or email USAKickTKD@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, health information, or urgent safety information by SMS. In an emergency, call 911 and contact the school directly.

Delivery and carrier terms

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, device, network, blocking, or service conditions. Supported carriers may change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

The SMS Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and Chung consent is not reused for another school or brand.

Changes and termination

The school may change or end the program. Material changes to the sender, messaging subject, or consent terms will not be treated as covered by a prior opt-in when new consent is required. The effective date on this page identifies the current terms.
