Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Chung TKD web and iPhone service. They supplement, and do not replace, the school’s enrollment, tuition, waiver, consent, safety, or other agreements.

Accounts and eligibility

The school creates accounts for authorized staff and parents or guardians. There is no anonymous self-registration or student account role. Keep your credentials private, use only your own account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate school operations and your authorized family or staff role. Do not probe or bypass access controls, scrape private records, impersonate another person, share credentials, harass users, upload unlawful or harmful material, or interfere with the service.

Information about minors

A parent, guardian, or authorized school representative must have authority to provide information about a child. Users must keep family, emergency-contact, waiver, attendance, and safeguarding information accurate and appropriately confidential.

Service limitations

Features, data formats, availability, and access may change as the school operates and updates the service. The service is not an emergency, medical, or real-time safeguarding reporting system. In an emergency, contact 911 and the school directly.

The current billing surface records school status only; it does not process or charge a payment card. In-app reward cards and points are recognition items with no cash value.

Content and school records

You keep responsibility for content you submit. You authorize the school to store, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service and the school program. School operational records remain subject to applicable school policies and legal obligations.

Suspension and deletion

The school may limit or disable access to protect people, records, or the service; respond to misuse; or discontinue the service. Users can start an account-deletion request as described on the Delete Your Account page.
